The terms, in plain English
A qualified lead is a genuine enquiry from someone in your service area, for a type of job you do. On a minimum ad spend of £300 a month, paid directly by you to Meta or Google, we guarantee 15 qualified leads a month. If we deliver fewer in a calendar month, you don't pay our management fee for that month. Spend more on ads and we raise your guarantee to match, agreed in writing. Ad spend is paid to Meta/Google and is not refundable by us.

We guarantee qualified leads, not booked jobs or revenue.

Do I pay for the ads as well as your fee?
Yes. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta or Google from your own account, on top of our fee. We'll talk through costs on the call.
What counts as a qualified lead?
A genuine enquiry from your service area for a job you do. Not clicks or likes. See the guarantee terms.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your trade, area and goals, so we cover it on the discovery call.
Am I tied in?
Minimum term and notice are set out in the client agreement we send before you start.

Ads are the engine — and they carry our guarantee: 15 qualified leads a month on £300 ad spend, and a bigger guarantee if you spend more.
